35 CARLOS JAMES DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY With more than 25 years experience as an IT specialist in schools, Carlos has degrees in Environmental Studies & Cultural Geography and Sociology & Philosophy. Carlos shares his experiences with our students with a social studies program called, "Routes to our Roots". Through the lens of identity and citizenship, students study the origins, history, wisdom and traditions of our First Nations. JENNY REINECK TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION SPECIALIST AND GUIDANCE COUNSELOR Jenny brings robotics, virtual reality and technology to life. With certifications from Code.org, Google and Athabasca University, Jenny has developed an innovative curriculum that integrates critical thinking and design thinking. She teaches our teachers how to enhance their instruction with new technologies. Her role as our Guidance Counselor helps support students with difficulties they may face at school or at home and offers guidance to overcome these or to improve performance. REAGAN MACKLIN DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT An experienced fundraising expert with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry, Reagan is a skilled planner and manager in the areas of catering, consumer products, sales, hospitality and event management. She is a strong community and social services professional with a postgraduate degree focused in media. SHIRA UNTERMAN DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS An instinctive connector with over a decade of experience working in the Jewish non- profit sector, Shira leads with warmth as she welcomes new families to RHA and through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Holocaust Education, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management. Shira is also a proud RHA Mom. NAVA BLANKENSTEIN DIRECTOR OF FINANCE Nava is a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with a focus on organizational leadership. Her academic background is in accounting and economics. Nava has experience and expertise in all facets of finance and administration including fiscal analysis, personnel recruitment and retention, risk management and long-term growth planning. Nava has been instrumental in guiding RHA to a financially sustainable model and in operating with a balanced budget. REEVA WAKSBERG DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, Reeva develops and implements targeted external and internal outreach campaigns and strategies at RHA that connect our students, faculty and community in a meaningful and impactful way. Reeva also manages social media strategy and content, as well as digital marketing.
